Your Role
As an RLT/RBT at Summit, you’ll provide compassionate, client-centered ABA services that make growth possible for children, teens, and young adults (18 months–21 years). With BCBA® guidance, you will:

Provide 1:1 ABA services focused on skill development in communication, social, play, daily living, and executive functioning areas.

Foster a positive and encouraging environment.

Collect and summarize session data to track progress.
-
Collaborate with a team that shares your commitment to kindness, service, and excellence.

Requirements
-
21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
-
Pass Louisiana State Police background check.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Able to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the workday.

Complete the 40-hour RBT training and become RBT® certified within 6 months (support provided).
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.

Prior experience caregiving, teaching, or supporting neurodiverse individuals.

Interest in pursuing ongoing ABA training or education.
